Leidsche Werf is a 12,500 m² modern office building, focusing on sustainability and a healthy work environment.  The building, designed by OZ, offers approximately 12,500 m2 office space with flexible layout possibilities.

In order to achieve a sustainable and smart building, Leidsche Werf implements Smart Building Technology. A network of sensors will continuously monitor (real time) the performance of the building installations and intervene if needed, for optimum comfort in combination with energy efficiency. The ambition is a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
