Once we have defined the potential, the project enters a dynamic second phase dominated by human-centred research. The interdisciplinary character of this investigative phase allows us to ascertain people’s (future) needs and desires, and evaluate the public interests and ambitions of the local authorities. Storytelling helps us to communicate the relevancy of the final proposal on the various levels in a compelling and holistic manner.
